Tri Valley Bistro is a family owned& operated Californian Fusion American Cuisine specializing in organic, farm raised food created with seasonal ingredients sourced from local purveyors.
   Our vision is an inviting neighborhood spot that complements the energy of Mainstreet Pleasanton, where our guests could enjoy our most quality&creative dishes along with a pairing nice glass of wine.
    Executive Chef Erdal Akdeniz combines his recipes with an external passion with his some of the most talented and knowledgeable chefs in the Tri Valley.
    Futuring a contemporary decor with a quality, enjoyable  atmosphere provided by our most welcoming hosts along with excellent food and great options of wine&beer.
